After reaching the High School Diploma in Humanities, Caterina obtained a Master’s Degree, cum laude, in Philosophy from Milan University.
After a brief experience within the HR Direction of the Italian branch of an American multinational company (Food sector), she entered Skippers, an Italian Recruiting and selection firm, acquired from TMP Group (American multinational company with 8,000 employees, listed at the Nasdaq, Owner of Monster, the first website in the world dedicated to online recruiting). She worked for 10 years within the TMP Group (then re-named Hudson), becoming responsible for the Information Technology practice. Dealing with Managers and Professionals search and selection, she collaborated with the Italian branches of the most relevant multinational companies operating in hardware, software, telecommunications and professional services fields.
In 2008 she joined Value Search (partner of Taplow Group), Italian Executive Search firm, where she operates as Partner.
She is specialised in the Information Technology industry and collaborates with technology, consulting and system integration firms.
She also deals with search projects of Top Managers within the ICT function of Italian middle and large sized companies, cross industries.
At the same time, she started dealing with Pharma market (with particular regard to Marketing, Sales and Market Access functions) and Healthcare (especially for Capital Equipment and for Marketing and Sales functions).
Caterina currently handles some projects in Cloud, Security, Big Data and Digital Healthcare areas.
