With a Master Degree in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan she started her career in the Marketing department of Robert Bosch GmbH Automotive in Italy.
Successively she entered in the publishing segment and gained Il Sole 24 Ore as Marketing Manager for the start up of a new Business Unit; after that she worked in the Marketing Department of RCS Mediagroup and of Wolters Kluwer, the Dutch publishing house.
In head hunting since ‘99 she started as Executive Search Consultant in TMC Amrop International, than was Founder and Partner of Hunters Strategic Executive Search based in Milan. In the last years she extended her experience joining Human Value, Aims International and Proper Transearch.
She focuses on multinational and entrepreneurial companies playing in industrial, consumer electronics, energy and life sciences scenarios. She is specialized in research and selection of C-level and Manager mainly for Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Project Management functions.
She worked also on several international project especially for German speaking countries.
Joined the Milan Taplow office as Partner in 2021.
